Change for this year (FY2012~2013)
This year “Customer Satisfaction” and “Initial Outcomes Measures” have been added to the NIRS database in the areas in blue (see below):
Please be aware of these, and collect the data (e.g. a survey/evaluation) when you conduct relevant activities throughout the year and enter the data in the places shown below each time:
The “Initial Outcomes Measures” data for “Demonstration Services” and “Research and Evaluation” are not required for data entry in the activity record. However, these data will be collected in the annual report. Please be advised to gather information accordingly throughout the year to be used for the Annual Report when appropriate timeline is up.
