New Field in NIRS Data Entry

Hi all,

NIRS has added a new field to be filled in the “Interdisciplinary Preservice Preparation (Training Trainees)” at the “Activity Core Functions” (of Activity Form). It reads: “Was this training conducted outside the UCEDD?”, with response options “Yes” and “No”. The field is required per the new reporting requirements to AIDD, and for all previously entered records, it is currently blank, so a value needs to be selected. It has been inserted right after the field “ Type of  Activity,” as can be seen in the screenshot below:

 

 

To update all the records previously entered, a search can be run in the Activities dataset using the following criteria:

-        Fiscal Year: 2013

-        Program type = UCEDD

-        Core function = Interdisciplinary Preservice Preparation (Training Trainees)

 

Below is a screenshot with all the above criteria selected:

 

This search will return all the records that need to be edited to complete the newly-added field. I noticed that we only have two records in the category that need to be edited as of today. They were entered by Dr. Jerry Alliston and Dr. Alicia Westbrook.
